Focus Sash Price Protection:Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: August 2026
Focus Sash is a price protection programme offered by Route27 (Anicky Pty Ltd, ABN 35 695 549 029). It is designed to protect eligible customers against sharp price falls in the days immediately following a product's release. If a covered product falls in value within the protection period, Route27 will credit a portion of that fall back to you as store credit, subject to these terms. Focus Sash is a discretionary goodwill programme. It is offered in addition to, and does not limit or replace, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Eligibility
1.1 Focus Sash is available only to customers who hold a registered Route27 account at the time of purchase. 1.2 Purchases made through guest checkout are not covered. A guest order cannot be converted to a covered order after the fact, even if you later create an account. 1.3 Your account must be in good standing. Route27 may decline claims from accounts that are suspended, under review, or associated with prior misuse of the programme.
2. Covered Products
2.1 Focus Sash applies to the following categories only: Promotional packs Japanese sealed product Simplified Chinese sealed product 2.2 Any product outside these categories is not covered, including English sealed product, raw singles, accessories, and consignment stock, unless Route27 states otherwise in writing at the point of sale.
3. Protection period
3.1 The protection period is a fixed window of 7 days. 3.2 For all eligible products, including pre orders, the protection period begins on the product's official release date and ends at 11:59pm AEST on the seventh day after that date. 3.3 The protection period is tied to the official release date only. It does not begin on your order date, the date Route27 dispatches your item, or the date the item is delivered to you. This applies to pre orders in the same way as to all other orders. 3.4 A claim can only be assessed against a price fall observed within this window. Price movements before the release date or after the window closes are not covered. 3.5 The 7 day protection period is the only window against which a price fall is measured. You have longer than this to lodge a claim, as set out in clause 7, but any later price movement beyond day 7 is never taken into account.
4. Reference price
4.1 Route27 assesses claims against prevailing market prices. 4.2 Route27 draws on recognised market sources across both Australian and international markets to determine the reference price for a product. 4.3 Where sources conflict, where pricing data is thin or unreliable, or where a single source is clearly inaccurate, Route27 reserves the right to determine the applicable reference price at its reasonable discretion. 4.4 The reference price used by Route27 is final for the purposes of a claim.
5. How protection is calculated
5.1 If an eligible product falls in market value during the protection period, Route27 will credit you half of the percentage fall, measured against the price you paid. 5.2 The credit is capped at 15% of the price you paid for the item. This is the maximum you can receive under Focus Sash for any single item, regardless of how far the product falls. 5.3 Worked examples, based on an item purchased for $100: The product falls 10%. Half of that fall is 5%. You receive $5 in store credit. The product falls 24%. Half of that fall is 12%. You receive $12 in store credit. The product falls 50%. Half of that fall is 25%, which exceeds the cap. You receive the maximum of $15 in store credit. 5.4 Protection is calculated per item and against the actual price paid, after any discounts applied at the time of purchase.
6. Settlement
6.1 Approved claims are settled in Route27 store credit only. Focus Sash does not provide cash refunds. 6.2 Store credit is applied to your Route27 account and may be used against future purchases in line with Route27's store credit terms. 6.3 Store credit issued under Focus Sash is not transferable and has no cash value.
7. Making a claim
7.1 Claims must be lodged from your registered Route27 account within 14 days of the product's official release date. Although you have up to 14 days to lodge, the claim is assessed only against the price fall observed during the 7 day protection period. Any movement after day 7 does not affect the outcome. 7.2 To lodge a claim, email Route27 at hello@route27.com.au from the address linked to your registered account, and include your account details and the relevant order number. 7.3 Route27 will assess the claim against the reference price for the product and notify you of the outcome. Approved credit is applied to your account within 30 days of the claim being lodged. 7.4 One claim may be made per eligible item.
8. Exclusions and limitations
8.1 Focus Sash does not cover: Purchases made through guest checkout. Products outside the covered categories in clause 2. Price falls observed outside the protection period. Items purchased for resale in commercial quantities, at Route27's reasonable assessment. 8.2 Route27 may refuse or reverse a claim where it reasonably suspects manipulation of the programme, including coordinated buying and claiming designed to profit from the protection rather than to use it as intended. 8.3 Route27 may set a reasonable limit on the number of covered units per customer per product where required to keep the programme sustainable.
9. General
9.1 Route27 may amend, suspend, or withdraw Focus Sash at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published and apply to purchases made after that date. Purchases already within an active protection period are assessed under the terms in force at the time of purchase. 9.2 Where these terms refer to Route27's discretion, that discretion will be exercised reasonably and in good faith. 9.3 These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory. 9.4 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
